New year resolutions people?

Hello people
a very few of you of you already know me and many of you don't

the thing is, i am working at H2O studios as an art director in Karachi .. H2O studios major commercial work includes numerous advertisements on TV and music videos of atif (shit) and ali zafar etc (shittier) H2O is mostly doing UAE projects and their main office is in Dubai.. others in Karachi and Riyadh

the thing is me being the only artist here is kinda hectic for me ... i have to meet various deadlines in impossible time ... and with some international projects in the pipeline my bosses have realized that they need me in those projects as well as well as in ongoing commercial ones..

the solution for that is they told me i can hire 2 people under my command, now since i am hiring people according to what skills i require i am interviewing both grads/pros and amateurs ...

whatever the skill set you may have your top priority will be to adopt a similar art style (to mine) reason for this being , there are projects like animated series and such and if our art styles differ then you will be seeing an animeish super Pakistan man in one scene and a Disney style in another ..

i do hope you get what i mean .. and no theres no super Pakistan man its just a lame example.

i will personally train my team for a month at least before i send them in the battlefield.

and please do so early and spread the word as well

in june i will have to move to dubai with one of my subordinates who i will hire while the other one stays in karachi look after animators' teams if they are executing our designs as we did or not.
